The snowfall in Tokamachi City sometimes exceeds 2 meters, and considering the needs of users, particularly the elderly and families with children who require convenient transportation, we have installed a hot water circulation road heating system (snow melting on the road) from the main road to the piloti and in the parking spaces. In today's labor shortage, it is increasingly difficult to secure snow removal personnel during the winter months, even when job openings are posted. Many facility managers are likely struggling with this issue. We are here to provide consultation on snow-related problems, not only for newly built facilities but also for existing ones.
